What we will not sell

No paid positions. No paid scores. No "featured" row inside a ranked table.

The order of a job page is the FitScore order once tests exist, and the launch candidate order until they do. Candidate order is not a ranking and is not for sale either. It is the list of tools we intend to run.

Sponsorships

Sponsorships are off. If we turn them on, the slot is labelled Sponsored and it is rendered outside every ranked list. A sponsor does not get a preview of a result, and a sponsor does not pick the test.

The component that would show a sponsorship checks a flag. With the flag unset, the slot renders nothing, including on this launch.

Affiliate links

A tool can carry an affiliate URL. When it does, the page says so, the link is marked rel="sponsored", and the official URL is still there without the affiliate tag. Affiliate links never change sort order. At launch, every affiliate field is empty.

Retests

A vendor can ask for a retest. We rerun the same published pack, on the same inputs and the same time limit. We do not run a private version of the test, and we do not show the result to the vendor before it is public. Ask via the contact page.

How to tell

A rank is a number in the rank column, next to a FitScore, a date, a version, and a plan. A dash is not a rank. A sponsorship, if you ever see one, says Sponsored and sits outside that table. The method is on How we test.
